It will also advise on selection of sponsor, nomad and PR agency.
An important component of its role is utilizing the team’s reputation in the market place and strong contacts with institutional, hedge and venture capital funds to raise money for companies at every stage from Series A through to pre-IPO. Sudbrook works alone or alongside other financial institutions where it has complementary skills to deliver the optimum outcome for the client. If appropriate, Sudbrook will provide published research for a client, in order to raise awareness and provide credibility to complement a fund raising.
